Bagel with Ísey-cheese spread tomatoes and basilica


100 g cream cheese
150 g hard cheese
80 Ísey plain skyr or vanilla
3 garlic sectors
1 tbsp juice from lime
1 tsp oregano
Salt and pepper
Fresh basilicum


  1. Add creamcheese, hard cheese, skyr, garlic, juice from lime, oregano and salt and pepper together in food processor until everything has blended well together and the blend is soft and creamy
  2. Toast a bagle and add the Ísey cheese spread then add sliced tomoates and fresh basilica
